When you get servant leadership it looks like the same old stuff, but it is completely different.

Yeah it is the same old stuff. Good stuff and when it is done right it shines and when it is wrong its just bad. Unless you mix in modern day EQ work there is nothing substantially new but, the points must be made again and again for each in his own way.
